We are hiring for a preschool lead teacher and Program Supervisor position

Program Supervisor

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 21 yrs old

-Must have cleared criminal background clearance, CPR, first Aid

- Must have written proof of education such as an AA (or higher) in ECE or a current Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA) at least 45 credits

- Must have at least 2 years classroom experience working with children (ages: infants-12 years)

- Must meet the STARS requirements and be listed in the WA State Training and Registry. If you do not have STARS, you can still be hired but must acquire it within 6 months.

- Must have experience designing and implementing a childcare curriculum

-Must have 1+ years management experience in a childcare environment

- Friendly, outgoing, loving personality

- Able to work FT position M-F(with shifts ranging from 6 am-6pm)

We are hiring for a Preschool Teacher (ages 3-5)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Observe and document children’s learning

Plan and implement curriculum through weekly curriculum themes

Provide social and emotional support for each child

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Keep a safe, organized and healthy classroom for the children

Use positive interactions that strengthen each child’s development

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years work experience in an early learning setting , preschool experience

Growing knowledge of child development

Proven reliability, dependability, accountability

Must have cleared criminal background clearance, CPR, first Aid

Must meet the STARS requirements and be listed in the WA State Training and Registry. If you do not have STARS, you can still be hired but must acquire it within 6 months.

Familiarity with State licensing requirements.

Fulltime position M-F 9:15-6:15
