Our Company is a privately owned organization that serves the senior population. Our service is truly the first of its kind.

We have an excellent track record with over 3 years of revenue and 100% client satisfaction. Our concept is being very well received across the senior care community, and we are planning a very strong publicity and marketing push for the next 12 months. Our Team is amazing, dedicated to our vision, and very talented.

We are beginning to unroll major growth plans for 2010 and 2011. Already many facets of the growth are in motion. Our plan is to reach nationwide coverage by 2013, offering our service in every state of our country and beyond.

WE NEED:

A savvy, driven, high-energy professional to join our team and help us execute our growth and expansion in 2010 and beyond. We are looking for someone who is:

* Intelligent, creative, innovative, able to think outside the box and problem solve

* Self-driven, ambitious, excited to achieve goals and accomplish a vision

* A team player, able to engage in team debate and work with others well

* Experienced in business, understanding of the ups and downs and challenges of building a great company

* Able to see the big picture; able to assemble the nuts and bolts of a business toward an overall vision

* A master at the planning, follow through, and execution of business processes, plans, and growth steps

* An excellent communicator in written and verbal form, and good with people, comfortable with giving presentations

* Able to work with little supervision, but also open to constructive dialogue about meeting goals and improving performance

As we are still a growing company, we need world-class talent and skills but are not able to pay world-class wages. We are looking for someone who would like to have an equity position in the company in lieu of a higher salary. As we grow in size and revenue, and as milestones are met, the salary will also grow to be market-competitive.
