Evening Shifts start at 3:30 to 4:30 and average 2 to 4 hours, 8 to 10 hours per week

Weekend shift required

Previous Customer Service experience is helpful, but not required for exceptional canidate

You are our representative to our customers, so an upbeat personality and positive attitude are essential

We operate in a high stress environment, with our system requiring you to learn and remember many details

You will need to understand over 80 restaurants’ menus with corresponding options and choices, and be able to assist our customers in choosing appropriately

Qualified candidates will be team players with excellent customer service skills, a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

Must keep an organized and professional appearance at all times

Must interact with public in professional manner and be able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals

Be self motivated and reliable to meet performance standards

Typing, computer and phone skills are required

We are a smoke free environment- Drug test will be required

This job has a steep learning curve, but once our system is understood it is much easy to operate

Starting salary is $10.50 an hour, with increase possible upon good performance and being error free

Potential advancement available for exceptional performance
