We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our Animal Care Team! If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment–this may be the place for you. We are looking for a team member that is dedicated to consistently trying to improve practice excellence and the inner workings of our hospital team.

This position also requires a great deal of emotional strength and willingness to change, which in return offers remarkable gratification of helping our clients and their pets, as well as being part of an amazing team.

The position is open to someone who is available 35-40 hours a week. You must have no schedule restrictions and be available days, evenings, weekends and holidays as the schedule is different week to week. There will be 4 to 5 shifts a week, with the schedule being written a month in advance.

**There is no experience or special training required for this position.

The position involves direct animal care consisting of:

Cleaning cages, runs, and related areas.

Maintain kennel areas including kitchen and laundry.

Assess, identify, and report physiological and behavioral changes in animals.

Medicating, restraining, weighing, feeding and bathing animals-including any special requirements or requests

Follow written and verbal instructions.

Exemplary customer service and phone skills

Maintain accurate and detailed written documentation in hospital charts.

Communicate clearly and effectively to coworkers and clients.

Write clearly and have some computer knowledge.

Assist doctors and technicians with medical procedures as needed.

Follow isolation protocol procedures.

Know and follow safe handling procedures for fractious animals.

Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and remain on your feet for 10-12 hour shifts

Yen Wor village is a independent restaurant/lounge with great reviews and great customers. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing team player that is able to interact well with customers and other staff and will represent the restaurant well. Duties will include, bartending, serving, busing and general restaurant duties.

Some bartending experience is helpful but we will train the right person.

Bartender position is part time days Mon-Fri 2-7pm and cocktail server position is Friday and Saturday nights 9-close.
