GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Manager of Counseling and Family Support Programs develops, supervises and coordinates all counseling and community education programs, manages related grants and contracts, and is responsible for outreach to other providers and the community. The Manager is also responsible for the Healthy Start Program and (office based) Parenting Classes .
