			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you&#8217;re an experienced, hands-on development manager who wants to be a critical part of a growing (and profitable) company with huge opportunities and a great deal of autonomy, we&#8217;d love to hear from you!</p>
<p>Our company is the leader in its field (custom manufacturing &#8211; so you actually get to be part of making things) and is growing 30-50% every year, and it&#8217;s time to grow and scale a team of 4-8 developers. We&#8217;re looking to find someone and make a decision quickly. </p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
</p>
<ul>
</p>
<li>3+ years as a development or program management leader: you need to be a great motivator and people have to want to be on your team<br />
</p>
<li>3+ years with SCRUM or other Agile development practices: you need to be knowledgeable, inclusive, and experienced with the practices as defined, so you can help mold them to what works here already<br />
</p>
<li>Real development experience on commercial-grade software: it&#8217;s ok if you haven&#8217;t coded in a while, but we aren&#8217;t just looking for a process manager &#8211; you need to understand development (ideally .NET/WCF/SQL Server etc.) well enough to be able to hire and manage developers who are better than you, review designs, and maybe roll up your sleeves because somebody has to<br />
</p>
<li>Referrals from people who would happily manage or work for you again<br />
</p>
<li>Solid communication skills, plays well with others, no interest in political antics, etc.<br />

</ul>

<p>Get the respect you deserve in a, friendly, small office environment. Administrative management and sales support position involves a wide variety of duties including phone coverage, invoicing, payment  processing, generating and editing demographic reports and mailing lists, sending marketing info, data-base and client record management, filing, faxing, accounts receivable and financial reports, tracking projects on spreadsheets, etc. Strong organizational skills required, and experience creating office systems and procedures. Very strong computer skills needed &#8212; QuickBooks, Microsoft Word &amp; Excel, Type: &gt;/=50wpm, Microsoft Access a plus. 42-48 hours/wk. </p>
<p>Fast pasted office, with very high activity level and multi-tasking &#8212; no time to get bored here! . Must have excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Must be willing to work through lunch when necessary or required. Must be available and willing to work up to 60-70 hours per week from December 7-31, in a salaried position. No vacation time allowed during December, no exceptions. </p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the direct mail industry, familiarity with different types of direct mail lists, knowledge of working with the post office for bulk mailings, understanding of postal verification forms, etc.</p>
