We are looking for a hard-working and energetic individual to fill an entry-mid level sales position in the greater Seattle area.

  • We are a premium technology services company providing business consulting along with website design and related services to a local and nationwide clientbase.
  • The cost of our services is affordable for most businesses. We offer numerous packages that businesses of varying sizes and budgets can afford.   
  • Smaller company with room for advancement. Sales growth up to this point has been primarily organic in nature – looking to expand sales effort to next phase by adding experienced and devoted sales professionals to apply their skills and past successes.

 

Our Customer

  • Small businesses with 1 – 50 employees.
  • Markets include companies from virtually all industries and sectors.
  • Local and nationwide customer base.

 

The Position & Sales Process

  • To establish relationships with small business owners.
  • Setup 30-60 minute consultation sessions with the owner/decision maker(s).
  • The presentations will detail the company, the service offering, and provide free information that is beneficial to the customer – regardless if they move forward with us or not.
  • Low-pressure sales presentation geared towards forming long-term relationships. We don’t believe and promote handling objections until the client says “yes” as this doesn’t form a foundation of trust. Rather, we take a consultative approach to determining need and best solution available for the customer.
  • The presentation materials and approach will be clearly defined and taught during training and is effective to those customers both with and without a technical background. Your interpersonal communication skills and ability to build rapport will ultimately determine your success.
  • After the sale you will assist the customer with account signup and planning details for their specific project.
  • If needed, your sales manager and fellow team members will always be available for assistance.

 

Main Challenges

  • Building the relationships with prospects using your previous successful prospecting techniques.
  • Getting the client to understand the value of the presentation – how they will learn from it and that there is zero pressure to buy.

 

Benefits & Compensation

  • 100% commission based. No base salary or benefits offered at this time.
  • Quality initial training and certification as well as plethora of ongoing education and support from team and other resources.
  • Gain practical and transferable sales and technology skills.
  • Part or full-time positions with flexible hours.
  • Ability to work primarily from home or downtown Seattle office.
  • Average commission for our representatives is between $300 and $800 per sale/project. However, there is no cap on commissions.
  • Estimated time spent on project is between 6-10 hours.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 1 year sales experience and/or prospecting. Experience selling to small businesses a plus.
  • Ability to professionally communicate with business owners via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Familiarity with computers, email, and the Internet IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST.
  • Can work effectively alone. You will not be micro-managed or be forced to attend “You-can-do-it!” meetings twice a week to keep you motivated. We are looking for a sales professional who is focused, self-driven, independent, resourceful, reliable, and responsible.
