Project Manager with Contact Center experience (Issaquah)

We’re currently seeking a Project Manager with prior contact center experience for a 6+ month contract.

Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of related experience, with a passions for process work

- Experience starting from scratch: Design complex processes and metrics to accommodate end users

- Efficient: timelines are short

- Quality of deliverables: Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, Experience with Visio, or process mapping tool, Develop metrics that will provide the most useful data for monitoring the process

- No need for knowledge of software development cycle

- High attention to detail, action oriented, ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results

- Listening skills: Asking the right questions, active listening skills, facilitate a requirements gathering session, one-on-one interviews

- Team player, the person will not be accountable or own the project

- Respond with appropriate feedback or follow up

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

- Communicate effectively with remote/virtual teams

- Develop detailed questions for business area experts by identifying the appropriate source of information

- Seek to determine customer/partner/client issues; investigate solutions, coordinate response from appropriate parties, and follow up with users to ensure final process is sign off on

- Familiar with SharePoint is a plus

- Must have call center/contact center experience
