On-Site Resident Manager Position Open! (Capitol Hill/Eastlake)

A property management company is seeking a reliable, on-site apartment resident manager for a beautiful, unique building that overlooks Portage Bay. This building has 28 units and is located in the Capitol Hill/Eastlake area. Duties include collecting rent, light apartment clean-up & grounds, etc. Must be flexible, have excellent people skills, and must be eager to learn. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and overall computer processes. Excellent leasing skills and good phone etiquette are required. Knowledge of basic maintenance and repairs are a plus. Experience is also a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

This is considered a part-time job and would work well for someone who already holds a full-time position elsewhere, but is also able to manage the job effectively.
