Administrative Assistant (Bainbridge Island)

Part-time opening (10-12 hours per week) for Administrative Assistant to the Office Manager at Lifespan Psychological Services (www.lifespanps.com). Responsibilities include making appointment reminder calls, scanning, filing, back-up answering phones & scheduling appointments, keeping waiting area clean, ordering supplies, and conducting other administrative responsibilities as needed. Will train to be backup for Office Manager for vacation coverage. Good interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, written-language, computer skills, and problem-solving skills a must. Require prior office experience. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 1 pm. Hours may be flexible based upon need of the Office Manager.
